We at King Casino recognize that clear and trustworthy communication is the cornerstone of every relationship we build with our players and affiliates. This Email Policy explains exactly how we utilize email to keep in contact with you, what kinds of messages you can expect from us, and the measures we undertake to secure your mailbox and your personal information. Regardless of you are a enrolled player, a user who has subscribed for news, or a partner in our referral programme, this statement details your entitlements and our obligations under Australian law and international best practice. We believe that every email we transmit should be pertinent, prompt, and simple to control, and we have built our systems to give you total command over the emails you get. By reviewing this policy, you will learn how we collect email details, how we secure permission, and how you can change your settings or opt out at any time. Our objective is to make sure that your journey with King Casino email communication is as enjoyable and secure as your experience on our gaming platform.
Kinds of Emails We Transmit
To help you understand what arrives in your inbox, we categorise our email communication into three main categories. Transactional emails are the messages we must send to keep your account functioning correctly. These include welcome emails, deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, verification requests, and security alerts. Because these emails are essential to the service we provide, they are not subject to marketing opt-out settings, though you will only receive them when there is relevant account activity. Promotional emails are the messages that share bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and information about new slot releases or live dealer tables. We group our promotional emails based on your activity and preferences so that the content seems personal and useful. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time without affecting your ability to participate. Finally, we send affiliate emails to our partners, covering commission reports, creative asset updates, tracking link changes, and programme announcements. Each type of email is clearly distinguishable by its subject line and content, and we always include our brand name and contact details in the footer. We never hide promotional content as a transactional message, and we maintain our promises about email frequency.
Authorization and Opt-In Conditions
Securing your clear and aware consent is the foundation of our email policy. Before we send you any marketing or promotional email, we demand an affirmative opt-in action. For players, this typically occurs during account registration when you check a box signifying that you would like to obtain offers and news from King Casino. That box is never pre-ticked, so you are always in control from the very first interaction. For newsletter subscriptions, you must enter your email address in a dedicated field and verify your intent, often through a double opt-in process that sends a confirmation link to your inbox. This extra step guarantees that no one can subscribe your email address without your knowledge. Affiliates provide consent when they assent to our programme terms, which explicitly include communication via email for operational and marketing purposes. We keep records of every consent we acquire, including the date, time, and the exact wording of the consent statement you saw. If you ever alter your mind, you can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will cease sending you marketing emails without delay. We respect your choices and never penalise you for opting to opt out.
How We Gather Email Addresses
We collect email addresses solely through transparent and lawful methods. When you set up a player account on the King Casino platform, you are prompted to enter a valid email address as part of the registration process. This email address acts as the primary contact point for your account and is held securely in our systems. If you register for our newsletter or marketing updates through a dedicated subscription form on our website, we save your email address along with the timestamp and the specific consent you gave at that moment. We also obtain email addresses from our affiliate partners when they submit to join the King Casino affiliate programme or when they modify their contact details in the affiliate dashboard. In every case, we explain why we need your email address and how we aim to use it. We never acquire email lists from third parties, and we do not scrape email addresses from public sources. If someone suggests a friend to King Casino, we only use the friend’s email address when that person independently offers consent. We consider that a permission-based approach is the only responsible way to develop an email list, and we strictly abide by this principle.

Adherence with Australian Spam Laws
King Casino operates in full accordance with the Spam Act 2003 and the Spam Regulations 2021, which regulate commercial electronic messages in Australia. Under this legislation, every commercial email we send must meet three key requirements: consent, identification, and the ability to unsubscribe. We obtain your consent as outlined earlier in this policy, and we preserve detailed records to show that consent if required. Every email we send clearly identifies King Casino as the sender and includes our registered business name and contact details, so you always understand who is communicating with you. The unsubscribe facility we supply is functional, free, and easy to use, and we process opt-out requests promptly. We also comply with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988, which control how we collect, store, and use personal information, including email addresses. Our data handling practices are regularly reviewed by our legal and compliance teams to guarantee ongoing alignment with these laws. In addition, we adopt the eSafety Commissioner’s guidance on best practices for email marketing. By sticking to these strict standards, we show our commitment to ethical communication and give you certainty that your rights are protected every time you open an email from us.
Cookie Files, Monitoring, and Email Analytics
To enhance the significance and efficiency of our email messaging, we utilize industry-standard analytics platforms that help us grasp how recipients respond with our messages. When we send an email, we could incorporate a small, transparent tracking tag that tells us if the email was read and the links were clicked. This data is combined and utilized to assess campaign performance, improve our content, and identify technical delivery issues. We do not use email tracking to gather sensitive personal information or to develop detailed records of individual recipients outside of their engagement with our messages. You can deactivate image rendering in your email application if you choose not to take part in open tracking, although this may influence how the email renders. We also use cookies on our website that function in conjunction with email URLs, permitting us to recognise you when you visit after following through from a email. This aids us credit conversions and personalize your on-site experience. All information gathered through email tracking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third organizations for their own advertising objectives. We advocate in openness, so if you have any questions about how we measure email involvement, our support team is prepared to explain the method in plain terms.
Our Purpose for Sending Emails
Email stays one of the most straightforward and trustworthy ways for us to convey important information with our community king-pokies.com. We use email to deliver account-related notifications that enable you to manage your King Casino experience securely. These messages include registration confirmations, password reset links, deposit and withdrawal updates, and changes to our terms and conditions. Without these transactional emails, it would be hard for you to stay informed about critical account activity. Beyond essential service messages, we also transmit promotional emails that feature new games, exclusive bonuses, tournament invitations, and special events that we think will genuinely interest you. Our promotional emails are intended to add value your time with us, and we thoughtfully select the offers we share so that you are never overwhelmed. For our affiliate partners, email is the main channel for distributing performance reports, commission updates, marketing materials, and programme news. We treat every email we send as an opportunity to strengthen our relationship with you, and we promise to ensuring the content transparent, honest, and free from misleading claims. Every message you get from King Casino will clearly designate us as the sender and will feature a simple way to adjust your subscription.
How We Secure Your Email Data
Protecting the private information you trust to us is a obligation we take very earnestly. Your email address is kept on secure servers that are protected by industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Only authorised King Casino personnel who need to oversee email campaigns, offer customer support, or preserve system integrity have access to email data, and their access is logged and reviewed regularly. We do not sell, rent, or swap your email address to any third party for their own marketing objectives. When we use external email service providers to deliver our messages, we carefully vet them to guarantee they meet our strict data protection requirements and comply with Australian privacy laws. These providers act only on our instructions and are legally bound to keep your data confidential and secure. We also use technologies like Transport Layer Security to scramble emails in transit, reducing the risk of interception. If we ever anticipate a data breach that may involve email addresses, we will inform you and the relevant authorities immediately, as mandated by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. Your trust counts to us, and we continuously review our security measures to remain ahead of emerging threats.
Global Data Protection Norms
While our main regulatory framework is Australian law, we also understand that many of our players and affiliates are located in other jurisdictions. To ensure a consistently high level of protection, we match our email practices with internationally acknowledged data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. This means we apply principles such as data minimisation, purpose limitation, and storage limitation to all email data we store. We only maintain your email address for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access your data, the right to rectification, and the right to erasure. You can use these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer through the channels provided at the end of this policy. We also ensure that any cross-border transfer of email data is safeguarded by appropriate legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses. By embracing a global approach to data protection, we make sure that no matter where you are located, your email privacy is treated with the same level of care and respect.
Updates to This Email Policy
As our solutions develop and legal requirements change, we might need to modify this Email Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at the top of the document. If the changes are substantial, we will also inform you by email so that you have an occasion to review the updates before they become effective. We urge you to check this policy periodically to remain updated about how we manage your email data and what options are offered to you. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acknowledgment of the updated terms, but your right to unsubscribe stays unaffected. We never make retroactive changes that would undermine your privacy protections without your explicit consent. By keeping this policy current and accessible, we seek to uphold the transparency that is essential to a trusting relationship. If you have any concerns about a policy update, you can always contact our team for explanation. We appreciate your feedback and will take into account it carefully as we proceed to enhance our practices.
Opting Out and Managing Preferences
We wish you to feel fully in charge of the emails you receive from King Casino. Every marketing email we send features a visibly visible unsubscribe link, commonly located at the bottom of the message. Clicking that link will take you to a preference centre where you can promptly opt out of all promotional emails or choose to receive only specific types of communication, such as weekly highlights or exclusive VIP offers. The unsubscribe process is automated and takes effect right away, though you may receive one or two more emails that were already queued in our system before your request was processed. If you ever have trouble unsubscribing, you can contact our support team directly, and we will manually remove you from the mailing list within one business day. For transactional emails related to your account, you cannot fully opt out because they are necessary for the operation of your account, but you can change notification settings for certain alerts, such as login notifications or deposit reminders, inside your account dashboard. We never charge a fee for unsubscribing, and we do not require you to log in to opt out of marketing emails. Your right to say no is absolute, and we uphold it without question.
Guidelines for Affiliate Email Outreach
Our affiliate partners are a vital part of the King Casino community, and we have established clear guidelines for email communication within the affiliate programme. As an affiliate, you consent to receive emails regarding your partnership, including commission statements, marketing materials, tracking updates, and important changes to terms and conditions. These messages are crucial for maintaining a successful and compliant partnership. We also send occasional newsletters that share industry insights, promotional opportunities, and tips to help you maximise your earnings. Affiliates can manage their email preferences through the affiliate dashboard, where they can opt to receive only mandatory operational emails or opt in to additional marketing support messages. We expect all affiliates to adhere to our strict anti-spam policy when promoting King Casino. You must only send emails to recipients who have given valid consent, and every email must include a clear unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender information. We do not allow misleading subject lines, deceptive content, or any practice that could damage the reputation of our brand. If we detect that an affiliate is violating these email rules, we reserve the right to reddit.com suspend or terminate the partnership. By working together responsibly, we preserve the integrity of our programme and the trust of the audiences we reach.
Email Schedule and Scheduling
We are mindful that too many emails can feel invasive, so we thoroughly plan our sending schedule to value your time and attention. The frequency of emails you receive is based on the categories you have subscribed to and your recent activity on the platform. A highly active player who has opted in to all promotional emails might receive two to four messages per week, while a more casual player may only hear from us once a week or less. We also adapt our sending patterns around major events, holidays, and new game launches, but we always hold the overall volume within reasonable limits. Affiliates can look forward to a monthly performance report and occasional programme updates, with additional emails only when time-sensitive information needs to be shared. We use time zone data to dispatch emails during appropriate daytime hours in your region, so you are not interrupted late at night. If we ever plan to increase email frequency significantly, we will inform you in advance and give you the chance to adjust your preferences. Our goal is to be a welcome presence in your inbox, not a source of frustration, and we regularly assess engagement metrics to ensure we are striking the right balance.
